- We're looking for driven individuals who love interacting with customers, having fun and making money.
This is not just another boring sales job: we like to have fun and actively encourage joking with our customers. This is a Hot Sauce company after all, so we like to keep it spicy! Having prior Sales Experience is a major plus. Above all, what we are looking for is personality and a sales mentality . This job requires constant engagement and outgoing energy to thrive. You'd be a perfect fit if you love talking to people while slinging some delicious sauce. Everything else is trainable. We do 10 weekly farmers markets, as well as festivals and events all over Southern California. We are looking for someone that's willing to travel to the high-volume sales events on the weekends as well.
Job responsibilities include:
- Driving to the Farmers Market or Event
- Booth setup and breakdown (30 min simple set up)
- Cash handling and register counting
- Constant engagement with customers and sampling sauces (must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills)
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay :
$17.75/hour
+ Commission
+ Tips Commission is on a tiered structure, with realistic and achievable sales goals. The more you sell, the better you do! At a busy market, many of our staff typically make 25
- 45$ per hour , when commission and tips are factored in (again, based on your drive, focus, and charisma)! We do 10 farmers markets a week Tuesday
- Sunday.
Please be available to work weekends. We are very flexible with your schedule and are hiring for part-time. Full time could be available for the right person.
