Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Travel Sales Consultant to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling travel packages, providing expert advice to potential customers, and delivering the pitch with a smile. Your goal will be to create personalized travel experiences and exceed sales targets. We call warm leads that already traveled in the past, and get them excited about new offers! •No experience required•

Hours:

Day shift 10am-6pm Monday-Friday and a quick shift Saturday from 11am-4pm Night shift 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday and a quick shift Saturday from 11am-4pm

Pay:

We offer paid training and a commission vs draw pay structure. Our average paycheck across the board is $1,200-1,500 per week . Top reps earn $2500-$3500 per week . There is always room to grow!

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Recommend and sell travel packages, tours, cruises, hotels, and other travel services. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and itineraries. We really focus on the team environment, love hiring candidates with no experience and building them up into amazing sales reps! We hire attitude over experience. This is a very upbeat, high energy office. We keep things fun and loose! Good energy produces sales.
