About Us Middle Georgia State University (MGA), a multi-campus, baccalaureate and graduate degree-granting public institution, is the most affordable public state university in Georgia. MGA has five campuses-Macon, Cochran, Dublin, Eastman, and Warner Robins, all located in central Georgia-and global outreach through its fully-online campus. Its enrollment of 8,400 students is largely comprised of students from most of Georgia's 159 counties. The University has six academic schools, including Georgia's flagship aviation program, that support its mission to educate and graduate inspired, lifelong learners whose scholarship and careers enhance the state. Job Summary Middle Georgia State University is seeking a part time candidate to assist with athletics events and ensuring the events operate as smoothly as possible. Responsibilities include statistics, scoreboard operations, public address announcing, concessions, tickets, social media, photography, and video streaming assistance. Responsibilities Sell concessions Public Address Announcer Operate camera for live-streaming of events Maintain statistics Sell event tickets Required Qualifications Must be a currently enrolled Middle Georgia State University student. Must be enrolled in 6 or more semester hours per semester. Must have a GPA of 2.0 or greater. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
