Job Description
Exit88 is seeking a Technical Director to operate a dedicated in-stadium videoboard program. This is a separate production from the livestream, designed specifically for the stadium audience. Coverage will include live performances, event hosts, crowd moments, programmed segments, sponsor content, and other between-performance activity. The Videoboard TD will operate an ATEM Mini Extreme or comparable switcher and receive a combination of dedicated camera feeds, including a split field-camera feed, broadcast program elements, and house/event audio. This role requires close coordination with the Broadcast Director, field coordinator, hosts, and stadium videoboard personnel to keep the in-venue experience energized and synchronized with the event. Daily rate based on experience and assigned videoboard responsibilities. Rate covers the scheduled production day, including crew call, switcher setup and signal checks, rehearsal as needed, live switching of the in-stadium videoboard program, coordination with the Broadcast Director, field coordinator, hosts, and stadium A/V team, execution of sponsor and programmed content, and strike. Any additional rehearsal, pre-production, or separate setup day will be discussed and compensated separately.
