They will be responsible in ensuring that the luau flows smoothly and follows the general timeline. The emcee will be expected to provide the highest level of customer service to our guests. Training starts at $16.50 per hour, but you're able to transition from training to full pay after you become fully trained. Responsibilities Performing various entertainment duties, including stage speaking Greets and welcomes guests, provides on site orientation announcements, location of amenities, and other instructions as necessary Get ready for performances by rehearsing Attend all mandatory meetings Interacts with the audience and ensures that they feel like 'ohana Follow prescribed script and luau flow with the ability to improv and adjust to different situations and guest moods Works in accordance with verbal and written instructions and works with supervisor or designee to prioritize assigned work requests Assists with cleaning up guest dinner plates during performance Assists in various setup and breakdown of luau items Must have reliable transportation Socially interactive Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Fluency in English Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail and accuracy Follows directions thoroughly Works with minimum supervision and cohesively with other team members Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the company; willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to adapt and adjust to different situations on stage; must have stage presence Benefits Join a small business with a warm environment Competitive medical and flex spending benefits Growth opportunities within the company and its subsidiaries 401(k) + 401(k) employer matching after 1 year of service Employee discounts Staff Meal Extra perks!
