What You'll Do Run foam parties , silent disco dance parties , mobile mini golf , and water tag games Set up and operate professional equipment (foam cannons, speakers, game gear) Lead high-energy, organized activities with groups of kids and families Manage events solo (most of the time) or as part of a small team for larger events No direct experience needed— never operated a foam cannon or run a silent disco party? No worries. We'll train you up. For the right person, this can grow into: Running our mobile planetarium and school programs A consistent 20-40 hr/week role starting with the next school year A full-time position as a presenter/lead operator Schedule Summer-heavy role (June-August)

Mix of:

Weekday camps (daytime hours) Saturday events (busy) Some Sundays Some weekday evenings Typically 5-20 hours/week , depending on availability and demand More availability = more hours Pay $25/hour Bonuses + tips on top More responsibility = more opportunity Requirements (Read Carefully) 100% reliability — if you say you're booked, you're booked Early is on time — events do not wait for you Ability to follow a dynamic schedule (times/locations change) Outgoing personality — you're comfortable leading a group and being "on" Self-motivated — you'll often be running events independently Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors (heat, water, long days) Your own car (you'll travel across Chicagoland) Bonus points: Experience with kids, camps, coaching, performing, or events Comfortable on a mic / leading a crowd Clean driving record What This Job Is Like You'll be outside, playing music, running games, and creating genuinely fun experiences You'll meet a lot of people and go to a lot of different places You'll be tired at the end of a shift—in a good way You're literally getting paid to create joy.
