Are you passionate about creating breathtaking decor and making wedding dreams come true? Look no further! We're hiring 3- 4 amazing staff members to join our wedding coordination and decoration team in Peoria, Illinois! As part of our team, you'll receive a competitive rate of $20.73 per hour, with a bonus of $5.94 for setup and tear-out that takes longer than an hour. And guess what? We've got travel covered too! You'll earn $14 per hour for travel, up to 14 hours, unless you're traveling with me. Anything 4 hours or under is within basic hourly pay. But that's not all! We believe in work-life balance, so while weekend availability is necessary, all events are planned in advance, giving you the flexibility to take on a secondary job if needed. And we're all about attention to detail, so if there are any extra areas that need assistance, we'll be there to lend a helping hand. Now, let's talk about the dress code. It's essential that our team members dress the part, maintaining a professional and polished appearance. And while we don't mind if you're a smoker, we kindly ask that you refrain from coming to events smelling like cigarettes or any other substances.
