Pickleball Coordinator ELEVENO • Part-Time About the Role As our Pickleball Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of the courts — delivering high-quality instruction, running smooth court operations, and creating a fun, welcoming environment where players of every skill level feel at home. This role blends coaching with hospitality: you're equal parts coach, host, and community-builder. You need to love creating great guest experiences and bringing energy to everything you do. Key Qualifications Passion for pickleball and for creating fun, high-energy environments Proven experience as a pickleball coach, with a track record of successful player development Genuine interest in hospitality and guest experience — you love making people feel welcome Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to hit a correct drop shot 90% of the time from anywhere on the court (forehand and backhand) Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Availability to coach and support corporate and social events Responsibilities Coaching & Player Development Develop and deliver pickleball lesson plans for individuals and groups Teach fundamental skills, strategies, and rules to players of all levels Communicate clearly and encouragingly, meeting each student where they are Assist with equipment selection, recommendations, and basic maintenance Collaborate with the Director or Head Pro to continuously improve teaching methods and curriculum Guest Experience & Environment Act as an ambassador for ELEVENO's sports and hospitality experience Create a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere on and around the courts Build strong relationships with players and foster a genuine sense of community Provide exceptional guest service and make every player feel at home Answer basic pickleball and facility questions, and help guide guests toward our food & beverage offerings (handing off to the restaurant/bar team — no serving required) Court Operations Monitor court reservations and assist with guest check-in and equipment setup Ensure courts are clean, stocked with balls and towels, and ready for play Process court and program payments and transactions accurately Act as a friendly liaison between court operations and the restaurant to keep guest flow smooth between play and dining Help organize and support leagues, clinics, tournaments, and events Physical Requirements Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required Work indoors and outdoors Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions Read and write handwritten notes Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Move about the facility and stand for long periods Walk or stand for 100% of the shift; reach, bend, and stoop frequently Work some long weekends during tournaments or events Grooming & Standards Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance in accordance with ELEVENO's grooming standards.
