BOX OFFICE STAFF ATMTC
is looking for responsible, organized, and friendly individuals to work in the Box Office.
Responsibilities will include:
ticket sales and answering patron questions about events both over the phone and in person; using Tessitura, to process orders and exchanges; and run Will Call for weekend performances as scheduled. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Will assist with all Box Office projects as needed. Will sell merchandise from the Box Office after each show and will maintain a merchandise log, including reconciliation at the end of the day. Must have strong computer skills, customer service experience, and must be a team player.
