About the Role As a Game Facilitator, you'll be the face of BattleGR, leading activities, running games, and ensuring every guest has an amazing time. Whether it's explaining the rules of laser tag to a group of kids or keeping the energy up during a corporate event, you'll play a key role in delivering the fun. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who thrives on variety and loves working with people. What You'll Do Set up, run, and break down activities like laser tag, axe throwing, archery tag, VR, and more. Greet guests warmly, explain rules and safety procedures, and keep games running smoothly. Supervise participants to ensure a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for everyone. Adapt to different group sizes, ages, and event types — from birthday parties to corporate events. Assist with event setup and teardown for both indoor and mobile events as needed. Maintain equipment and report any issues or maintenance needs. Represent BattleGR with energy, professionalism, and a genuine love of fun. What We're Looking For Outgoing and confident personality — you'll be leading groups of all ages. Reliable and punctual — flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays is a must. Physically active — you'll be on your feet, moving equipment, and staying engaged throughout your shift. Team player mindset — you take ownership, work well with others, and always do the right thing.
