Position Details We are currently seeking part-time Operations Associates who will be responsible for on site support during University of Michigan football games at the Big House, duties necessary for the successful wash and sanitation of reusables, as well as logistics and warehouse activities. This is a critical role in the day-to-day operations that will contribute to the overall success of our service. Job Type:

This is a part time position throughout the college football season working with the Big House. Because this will be in support of the stadium's reuse program, weekend and evening availability is required during and after games. The role entails going to the customer's location and being an on-site brand ambassador during events, gathering products, and loading them into a vehicle that will transport items to a cleaning facility where the items will be sorted, cleaned/sanitized, packaged, and returned to the customer location.

Compensation :

Starting at $24/hr, dependent upon experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Attend games at the Big House, provide on site support for the reusable cup program. Sort and put reusable material through our sanitization process Prepare reusable items for delivery Record process data accurately Help manage inventory at Bold Reuse Restock marketing materials at partner vendors and drop site locations Perform opening and closing procedures as needed to support

Operations and Warehouse Managers Requirements:

Ability to communicate clearly, read/write/record data and perform simple mathematical calculations Reliable; consistently at work and on time Observes and follows proper safety procedures; willing to report potentially unsafe conditions Must be able to work well with as part of a team Capable of lifting 25-50lbs Ability to work independently and effectively troubleshoot under stressful conditions Closed toe shoes with anti-slip soles.

Physical Demands:

While on site, the employee will be required to be on their feet and walking for most of the event. While performing delivery duties, the employee is required to drive a van, carry clean reusables to vendors and collect containers from our dropsites. While working in the warehouse, employees are required to stand for long periods of time, and the ability to wash, carry, lift and manipulate foodware and glassware. While performing their duties, delivery employees may be required to lift boxes up to 50lbs.
