Position Overview Join us in the summer of 2026 and help us continue the legacy of fostering creativity, nurturing talent, and celebrating the individual artistic journey at Interlochen. We are seeking team-oriented and detail-oriented Stage Services Staff members who embody our core values and are committed to nurturing young artists. As a member of our Stage Services Staff you'll play a major role in running rehearsals, performing maintenance and inventory tasks, loading and unloading trucks, allocating equipment and overseeing concerts. Team members work closely together, and with representatives from many other areas, to supply the materials and operation logistics that keep multiple venues and over a dozen orchestras, bands, choirs and small ensembles running smoothly for the duration of Interlochen Arts Camp. What You Get To Do Assist with the day to day needs of the music ensembles for Interlochen Arts Camp Work closely with Stage Service Managers to coordinate all needs for music ensembles and performance venues Work closely with music ensemble managers and music faculty to make sure venues are supplied and set correctly for rehearsals, classes, and performances Assist with the allocations and movement of percussion and harps between venues Assist with dance, theatre, and guest artist productions as requiredWhat You Get Compensation:
$1,750 (Compensation $2,172 for those working extended dates) Meals and on-campus lodging 10% tuition discount for Discovery Camp or 50% Interlochen Arts Camp for dependents 20% discount for tickets to most summer concerts. 15% discount on merchandise from Scholarshop and food/beverages fromMelody Freeze Experience and Skills:
What You Need Availability 6/15/2026 - 8/25/2026 Prepared to live in a residence hall with a roommate. While we offer accessible housing accommodations, please note that due to the rustic nature of our camp, these options are limited.
