About the Role This is a role for a detail-oriented hospitality professional who understands that true luxury is found in the "how," not just the "what." Your primary objective is to execute a flawless, high-touch delivery of our signature champagne service. You are not just dropping off a bottle; you are setting a stage for our guests' most memorable moments. What You'll Do Ownership of the
Schedule:
You and one other team member will co-own the responsibility for 539 Bay St. You will coordinate directly with each other to ensure that every single daily request—whether it's 1 or 15—is fulfilled without fail.
The Intentional Setup:
You will be instructed to prepare a precise arrangement in guest rooms: a perfectly chilled champagne bottle, a fresh ice bucket, a crisp serving towel, and polished champagne flutes. Every item must be placed with intention and care.
Professional Presentation:
You are the face of the brand for this experience. How you carry yourself, how you enter the room, and how you interact with guests must reflect a high-end, luxury standard of service. The "Day-Of"
Reality:
You must be highly responsive. We will notify you of the day's requirements each morning. You need to be ready to pivot based on guest demand, ensuring that even last-minute requests are handled with the same level of grace and precision.
Benefits Premium Pay:
$30/hr + tips for a role that typically takes less than 2 hours of your day.
