Boom Island is looking for beertenders for our beautiful taproom in Minnetonka! We are focused on bringing people together through great beer, a fun atmosphere and live music. Boom Island Brewing Company is an equal opportunity employer. This is a part-time position.

Primary responsibilities:

• Provides excellent and engaging guest service
• Counting registers accurately and running end-of-shift reports
• Learn about our craft beer and communicate informed descriptions to customers
• Maintains a pleasant, clean, and well-organized taproom and patio environment (temperature, music, cleanliness, conduct)

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Over 21 years of age
• Must have reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver's license
• A passion for the craft beer industry.

Pay:

$20.00
