As one of the country's recognized leaders in private event entertainment, we're looking for Event Production Assistants to help create the unforgettable experiences we're known for. If you're the type of person who enjoys building things, solving problems, working with technology, and being part of a team that thrives under pressure, this could be a great fit. Our Event Assistants are responsible for transforming empty venues into polished, fully produced event spaces using professional audio, lighting, and entertainment equipment. You'll work side-by-side with our DJs and production staff to ensure every event is ready to impress from the very first moment.
What You'll Do:
Assemble, test, and troubleshoot professional sound and lighting systems before guests arrive Support the Headlining DJ throughout the event to keep everything running smoothly Manage photo booths and other interactive event experiences Assist with photos, videos, and content capture when needed Tear down, organize, and safely load equipment after each event This isn't a behind-the-scenes warehouse position. You'll be an active member of the event team, interacting with clients, vendors, and guests while helping create memorable celebrations. We provide comprehensive training, real responsibility from the start, and opportunities for advancement within Encore Events. For those interested in developing their performance and entertainment skills, this role can also become the first step toward becoming one of our Headlining DJs. We're looking for people who are dependable, hardworking, comfortable learning technical equipment, and excited by fast-paced environments where every event is different.
