As a Production Professional, you'll be responsible for the pickup, setup, breakdown, and return of all equipment. You'll also provide on-site support to our DJs, photographers, and photo booth attendants, ensuring that everything runs smoothly to create exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities Pickup, Setup, and Breakdown:
Transport, set up, break down, and return all necessary event equipment, including gear for DJs, photographers, photo booths, and more. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the venue or facility.
Customer Service:
Ensure all client and team needs are met with a focus on professionalism and attention to detail, contributing to a positive event experience. Perform quality checks on setups and company equipment to ensure proper function.
On-Site Support:
Provide hands-on assistance to our DJs, photographers, and photo booth attendants, helping with everything from equipment handling, entertaining the guests, and ensuring smooth operations during the event. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise during production processes.
Driving & Transport:
Drive equipment to various event locations to both local and surrounding cities. A reliable vehicle that can transport large equipment is required . Owners of an SUV, van, truck, or spacious vehicle is highly preferred.
Collaboration:
Work closely with vendors, venues, and support staff to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time, providing a fun and unique client and guest experience. Safely operate cold sparks and other company equipment when necessary, move materials, or support production.
Qualifications Valid Driver's License:
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle capable of transporting large equipment. (Tables, speakers, poles, etc. )
Problem-Solving:
Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues on-site and ensure everything continues to run smoothly.
Vehicle Requirements:
Preference given to candidates with a SUV, van, or truck (with clearance), but other vehicles are acceptable if they can safely transport the required equipment.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, handle physically demanding tasks, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Availability:
Must be available to work primarily on weekends (Friday - Sunday evenings and nights), with flexible hours based on event scheduling.
Strong Communication:
Must have excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with the team and clients during events.
Pay:
$16.50 - $20.00 per hour
