This role would be responsible for assisting in game-day setup and teardown, executing all in-game promotions and giveaways, and leading groups for in-game experiences. Game Operations Members act as ambassadors for the organization as they interact with fans at games and events. Seeking outgoing individuals looking to get involved with the business side of a sports organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list. Coordinate and execute in-arena entertainment elements, fan engagement activities, and game presentation sequences during live events to ensure a seamless and energetic fan experience Operate and manage on-court or in-arena props, equipment, and materials used during timeouts, halftime performances, and promotional segments Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of game-day production elements including signage, staging, and interactive fan zones Collaborate with production, entertainment, marketing, and event staff to ensure timing and execution of all in-game elements align with the overall game script Engage with fans in a professional and enthusiastic manner to enhance the live event atmosphere and represent the organization positively Participate in rehearsals, pre-event walkthroughs, and post-event debriefs to review performance and improve future game-day operations Support special events, concerts, and non-basketball programming held at the venue by assisting with operational logistics and event execution Maintain and organize game operations inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure readiness for all scheduled events

Knowledge of game day operations, event production, and in-arena entertainment within a professional sports or live entertainment setting. Knowledge of professional sports league rules, protocols, and standards related to in-game entertainment and fan experience operations. Familiarity with audio, video, lighting, and scoreboard systems commonly used in arena or stadium environments.
