About Us:

Inferno Productions is the in-house production company for Inferno Dance and Dance Team Union competitions, a leading name in the dance competition industry. We're on the hunt for passionate individuals to join our team and help deliver high-quality live audio, lighting, and rigging support for our events across the country. As a Production Staff member with Inferno Productions, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our dance competitions run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include transporting equipment, setting up and tearing down trussing, audio, and lighting, as well as running live A/V throughout each event. You'll travel extensively, with events running from November through early August.

Responsibilities:

Drive equipment to and from event locations. Set up and tear down trussing, audio, and lighting systems. Operate live audio systems during events. Pack and unpack equipment, ensuring all items are securely loaded and transported. Work long hours as needed, up to 16 hours per day. Travel frequently, with a flexible schedule, including weekends (Thursday-Sunday).

Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required. Ability to drive a 16 or 26 ft box truck is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to travel. Willingness to work weekends. Prior live AV production experience is a plus, but not required, including assembling trussing and basic live audio knowledge. Ability to work long hours, up to 16 hours a day. Capable of lifting 50 lbs. independently and 120 lbs. with team assistance.

Compensation:

Pay Rate:

$20 per hour.

Mileage Pay:

35 cents per mile driven, 10 cents per mile traveled as a passenger.
