Producer + 1st AD Share via: facebook x linkedin email Austin , Texas Film / Motion Picture Production Contracted Oz Visions USA Apply to Job Oz Visions is currently seeking experienced producers for commercial and branded content work in Austin, Texas, with potential involvement in music videos, narrative productions, television-grade advertisements, and future development related to The Four Quarters franchise. This role is intended for individuals with strong organizational, logistical, and client-facing capabilities who are comfortable operating in fast-moving production environments. The process begins with an introductory meeting to determine mutual compatibility and working chemistry. If aligned, select candidates may be invited to sign a non-binding letter of intent establishing them as a recurring collaborator for future productions and client projects facilitated through Oz Visions. Initial work will be project-based and contractor-oriented, with the ultimate goal of transitioning key collaborators into permanent positions as the company expands. One of our upcoming projects currently in development includes a fashion commercial campaign involving Zanny Vantova — a model, actress, entrepreneur, and long-term collaborator with a combined audience of over 600,000 followers across platforms.

Experience / Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on producing experience across medium-to-large-scale commercials, music videos, or narrative productions
• Ability to oversee projects from development through delivery
• Experience coordinating departments, schedules, budgets, and production logistics
• Ability to manage quoting, revisions, and client feedback pipelines
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Existing industry network and outreach capabilities within Austin or relevant markets
• Being comfortable with doubling as a 1st AD on smaller-scale productions when necessary Portfolio quality will be the primary determining factor in our evaluation process, though applicants are encouraged to include a resume along with their portfolios outlining relevant experience and previous productions.
