Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically capable Production Event Specialist for an on-site opportunity in Dallas, where precision, coordination, and high standards matter every day. Our team is helping present a role that supports critical event production activity with a focus on seamless execution and dependable onsite support.

Responsibilities:

Support on-site production event activity with a strong focus on smooth execution and operational readiness. Coordinate event details with attention to timing, setup, and live environment requirements. Monitor production needs throughout the event and respond quickly to changing conditions. Work collaboratively with relevant teams to help ensure each event is delivered professionally and efficiently.

Required:

Design experience supporting production event activity in an on-site environment. Experiential design experience with the ability to create and manage event details with accuracy and strong attention to operational quality. Comfort working in a live production setting where timing and responsiveness are essential. Must be available for on-site work in Dallas, Texas.
