THIS IS NOT A MEDICAL OR RESEARCH ROLE.

The Drunken Laboratory is a nightlife entertainment experience. Think immersive shows, loud music, dancing with guests, and high energy. This is a performance DJ role — not background music, not lounge vibes. We're hiring Event DJs to control the energy of the room, build momentum throughout the experience, and collaborate with our performers to create an unforgettable show atmosphere. If you're used to just pressing play and fading into the background, this is not that.

This Role Is For You If You Are:

High-energy and confident on the mic (or comfortable hyping a crowd without the mic) Able to read the room and adjust the music in real time Comfortable performing in front of large groups Quick on your feet when transitions change Collaborative with performers and floor team Organized and punctual with your setup and transitions

Do NOT Apply If You Are:

Low-energy or prefer passive/background DJing Uncomfortable with loud music and nightlife environments Not adaptable when the vibe needs to shift quickly Not reliable on weekends (this role

Responsibilities:

DJ live during shows and manage energy transitions Collaborate with performers to hit cues and moments Adjust music in real time based on crowd energy Manage your equipment and be set up on time Support transitions between show segments Keep the vibe high from pre-show through breakdown Each show is 90 minutes — timing and crowd control matter.

Experience & Requirements:

No college degree required Prior DJ experience in nightlife, events, clubs, parties, or live performance settings required Must be able to read a room and adapt quickly Must be comfortable in loud, high-energy environments Must bring or have access to your own DJ equipment (if applicable — edit if you provide equipment) Must be dependable and punctual

Pay & Perks:
