Trust Operations City Bank - 4.0 Lubbock, TX Job Details Full-time 21 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description The position of trust operations officer is responsible for regularly supporting the administrative officers as well as ensuring trust dept. Operational activities run smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis. Essential Duties 1. Post daily receipts to clients account and bills for current and next day. 2. Settle funding and balance daily with bank of new york, fidelity, invesco, etc. 3. Set up new accounts as needed and closed accounts as necessary. 4. Complete trade order entries-mutual fund and money market trades 5. Pend & affirm stock/bond trades. 6. Maintain tickler system and conduct tickler meetings (when applicable). 7. Mail out customer statements monthly (when applicable) 8. Post and collect trust fees monthly. 9. Set up and daily maintain assets (e.g. marketable securities, unique assets including real estate, mineral assets, receivables) and daily posting of dividends/interest/income receipts. 10. Complete distribution requests for trust clients. 11. Represent the bank to the customer and our professional vendors in a courteous/professional manner and furnish prompt , efficient, and accurate services. 12. Give attention to detail and provide excellent communication skills. 13. Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and professional environment. 14. Participate in training sessions as required by supervisor. 15. Process checks to be printed and distributed next day. 16. Maintain and organize digital file cabinet as necessary. 17.
