Weddings throughout Salt Lake County, Utah County, and surrounding areas Photo Love LLC is hiring a dependable, friendly, and capable Wedding Photo Booth Attendant to transport, set up, operate, troubleshoot, and tear down photo booth equipment at weddings and special events. This is an active, hands-on position that combines physical event setup, customer service, driving, and technical troubleshooting. This is not simply a position where you stand beside a photo booth and greet guests. Attendants may sometimes work independently and must be capable of managing the complete event setup without relying on the client, venue staff, or wedding guests for assistance. No previous photo booth experience is required. Training will be provided. However, applicants must be comfortable using technology, solving problems, working independently, and performing the physical responsibilities of the position. Responsibilities Pick up, load, and safely transport photo booth equipment to wedding venues Arrive on time and follow event timelines, setup instructions, and checklists Independently unload and set up photo booths, printers, tables, backdrops, pipe-and-drape systems, lighting, props, and related supplies Operate the photo booth throughout the event Welcome guests and explain how to use the booth Help guests with posing, printing, and booth features Monitor the printer, paper, ink, software, lighting, internet connection, and equipment throughout the event Troubleshoot common issues involving printers, tablets, cameras, photo booth software, Wi-Fi, hotspots, and internet connections Remain calm and professional when technical problems occur Keep the photo booth area clean, organized, and visually presentable Communicate professionally with couples, wedding coordinators, venue staff, guests, and Photo Love management Tear down, pack, reload, and safely return equipment after the event Protect all equipment during transportation, setup, operation, and teardown Essential Physical Requirements This position requires physical strength, stamina, and the ability to safely handle large or bulky event equipment.

Independently load and unload photo booth equipment from a vehicle Lift and carry equipment weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Carry and set up photo booths, printers, tables, backdrop stands, lighting equipment, supply cases, and pipe-and-drape equipment Safely handle long and bulky backdrop poles and stands Bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and repeatedly move equipment during setup and teardown Stand and remain active for several hours during an event Complete setup and teardown without depending on clients, venue employees, or guests for physical assistance Work safely and carefully around expensive photography and printing equipment Transportation Requirements Applicants must have: A valid driver's license Current automobile insurance Reliable personal transportation A vehicle with enough cargo space to safely transport photo booth equipment, printers, tables, backdrop stands, and pipe-and-drape poles measuring approximately six feet long when collapsed Folding rear seats or comparable cargo capacity may be necessary Applicants do not necessarily need an SUV or truck, but their vehicle must be able to safely hold the equipment without leaving poles or equipment unsecured or extending outside the vehicle. Schedule This is a part-time, seasonal, event-based position. Hours will vary depending on Photo Love's wedding schedule, and a minimum number of weekly hours is not guaranteed. Most shifts will take place on: Friday evenings Saturdays Occasional Sundays Occasional weekday evenings A typical shift may include equipment pickup and loading, travel to the venue, setup, two to four hours of photo booth operation, teardown, return travel, and unloading. Compensation Starting pay:
