Clubhouse Operations Intern Summer 2027 | Paid Internship | Lake Country DockHounds Baseball The Lake Country DockHounds, proud members of the American Association of Professional Baseball, are seeking a Clubhouse Operations Intern for the 2027 season at DockHounds Ballpark in Oconomowoc, WI. This internship offers a hands-on look at the behind-the-scenes operations that keep a professional baseball team running smoothly. From clubhouse management to equipment preparation, you'll play a key role in supporting both the home and visiting teams throughout the season. Duties & Responsibilities Assist with daily clubhouse operations for both the home and visiting teams. Coordinate team laundry and maintain cleanliness of dugouts and player facilities. Act as a liaison for the DockHounds, visiting teams, and umpires. Work with the food & beverage staff to ensure meals are set for players and umpires. Support the General Manager, Field Manager, and coaching staff with jerseys, equipment, and facility readiness. Assign lockers, manage equipment inventory, and ensure player areas are fully prepared. Participate in community appearances/mascot visits as needed. Assist other departments with game day and event operations when requested. What We're Looking For A strong interest in sports operations and the baseball industry. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-first attitude. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.

Internship Details Schedule:

May-September 2027, including home games, concerts, festivals, and community events at DockHounds Ballpark.

Compensation:

Up to $3,000 for the summer.

Location:

DockHounds Ballpark, Oconomowoc, WI.

Focus:
