Job Description

Join the two-time Northwoods League Champion Fond du Lac Dock Spiders for an immersive, hands-on summer internship. Located between Green Bay and Milwaukee, the Dock Spiders offer a fast-paced environment where you won't just watch from the sidelines—you'll help make the season happen. Why Intern With Us? Learn by

Schedule:
Full-time summer commitment, including standard business hours, nights, weekends, and all home games. Who We Are Looking For We want energetic, motivated individuals ready to learn. No prior sports experience is required —we value attitude, reliability, and initiative!
GAME ENTERTAINMENT & PROMOTIONS INTERN
Help create the energy, entertainment and memorable moments fans experience at every Dock Spiders game. This highly visible role combines event production, promotions, marketing, sponsor activation, and community engagement. What You'll Do Help develop creative ways to engage fans and enhance the Dock Spiders game-day experience. Coordinate and execute on-field promotions and between-inning entertainment. Manage pregame elements including National Anthems, ceremonial first pitches, and special recognitions. Help bring theme nights, giveaways, live entertainment, character appearances, and special events to life. Coordinate community organizations, vendors, and partners participating in promotional events. Assist with grassroots and community marketing for special events and theme nights. Help develop game scripts and detailed game-day production outlines. Execute in-game sponsor activations and ensure contracted promotional elements are fulfilled. Supervise and lead members of the game-day promotional crew. Collaborate with the social media, photography, graphic design, and video teams to capture and create engaging content. Provide graphic design assistance for select marketing projects.
