Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Deep Sea Exploration Specialist FNF to join our benthic operations team. In this role, you will lead high-pressure deep-sea missions, operate specialized remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), and manage sample collection from the ocean floor. Key Responsibilities Piloting heavy-duty ROVs and autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) at depths exceeding 6,000 meters. Monitoring sub-surface oceanographic sensors and collecting geological and biological samples. Conducting equipment maintenance under high-hydrostatic-pressure conditions. Collaborating with marine scientists to document abyssal ecosystem dynamics. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Oceanography, Marine Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience with deep-sea ROV operations or marine research expeditions. Technical proficiency in subsea telemetry, sonar navigation, and hydraulic systems. Strong problem-solving skills in high-stress, remote environments.
