We are hiring high-energy, tech-savvy Internet & Auto Sales Specialists to join our top-performing team on Route 10. In this dynamic sales role, you handle the deal end-to-end—managing high-intent digital leads online and guiding those same clients through an elite, in-person showroom experience. Compensation & Growth On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000 - $85,000 in Year 1

Top Performers:

Full Deal Management:

Assist clients from their initial digital inquiry to the final key delivery on our lot.

Digital Outreach:

Respond rapidly to high-intent internet and phone inquiries using text, email, and modern CRM systems.

Personalized Video Walk-Arounds:

Film brief video walk-arounds on your smartphone to introduce yourself and highlight vehicle features before the customer arrives.

Showroom Consultation & VIP Test Drives:

Meet clients in our state-of-the-art Denville showroom and lead interactive, feature-focused test drives. Demonstrate Nissan's Intelligent Mobility, ProPILOT Assist, and advanced EV tech in real time. Why Join Rock Ridge Nissan?

Massive Traffic & Lead Flow:

Located on high-volume Route 10, we supply a steady pipeline of digital leads and floor traffic.

Qualifications In-Person & On-Camera Charisma:

Comfortable meeting customers face-to-face, conducting test drives, and filming quick video messages on a smartphone.

Diverse Sales/Service Backgrounds Welcome:

1+ years in hospitality (servers/bartenders), wireless sales, solar sales, retail sales, car rental agent, or customer service . Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for conducting customer test drives).
