What You'll Be Doing Travel to properties throughout Reno, Sparks, Tahoe, Fallon, and surrounding areas and capture listing media, including photos, videos, drone, 3D tours, floor plans, and more. You'll also upload files and notes to our editing team - you shoot, we edit and we'll teach you how. Help agents feel comfortable and confident on camera by providing simple guidance and direction. Be a warm, confident presence who makes agents and homeowners feel comfortable and at ease. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and our internal team to ensure a smooth process and consistent, on-brand media. Solve problems on the spot, adapt to different environments, and keep things moving with a positive attitude. Represent the Inside 775 brand with professionalism, friendliness, reliability, and integrity. What We're Looking For Service industry background strongly preferred (baristas, bartenders, servers, customer service - this is your kind of job) Friendly, professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn Able to stay calm and adapt when schedules or plans change Comfortable working independently and managing multiple appointments Comfortable using technology, apps, phones, and computers Genuinely cares about providing a great client experience Job requirements In addition to the qualities listed in "What We're Looking For," you must have: At least 2 years of customer service experience Valid driver's license, reliable 2014 or newer vehicle, and comfortable driving between multiple properties throughout the day Weekday availability with flexibility based on shoot demand iPhone 15 or newer, reliable computer, and high-speed internet for file uploads Comfortable using apps and basic technology Comfortable carrying equipment and being on your feet throughout the day Willing to obtain an FAA Part 107 drone license in first month of employment

Mileage Reimbursement:

$0.70/mile for every mile driven
