Job Summary American Falconry Services is looking for a motivated individual to work our contract at the landfill in Fairport, NY. We are a contractor hired to repel nuisance gulls from the landfill and surrounding area, primarily using falconry techniques. Initial duties include supporting a coworker by shooting Pyro, flying a drone, learning about training, care and flying of falcons and keeping an eye on a falcon in flight. To start this job will be until mid-December but could end up being a permanent position The new hire must be willing to obtain their falconry and hunting licenses (we will assist in this process). Potentail long term duties will include the care and flying of a team of trained falcons in addition to initial requirements. Drivers license is required as use of a company vehicle on site is provided as well as all of the supplies needed to successfully fulfill the positon

Pay:

$25.00 per hour
