Job Description

Various sites globally (CONUS and OCONUS)

PAY:

DOE, in line with industry standards (1099)

ROTATION

Varies by training phase Serve as a Pilot Student in

North Sector's Drone Pilot Development Program:

a competitive, deployment-based pipeline that takes proven operators (not credentialed civilian pilots) and builds them into certified FPV/UAS pilots and instructors. Drone operation is one of the most impactful, relevant, and marketable skills in today's operational environment, and one of the hardest to genuinely acquire. An FAA Part 107 certificate does not create an FPV operator. North Sector does. Pilot Students advance through continuous, competitive pass/fail assessments across successive CONUS and OCONUS deployment cycles, progressing from Pilot Student to Assistant Instructor (Apprentice) to Certified Drone Instructor, with a senior Field Service Representative (FSR) tier open to those with combat FPV or ISR experience following internal vetting. No FAA Part 107 certification is required.

Training Pathway:

Pilot Student →
