Mobile Detailing Technician (Independent Contractor) Car Wash 2 GoBirmingham Metro Area, ALContract Position | Paid Per Job | Flexible Schedule About Us Car Wash 2 Go is a growing mobile detailing company serving the Birmingham metro area. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. Position Overview This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position. Technicians are paid per completed job and have the opportunity to increase earnings through quality work, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing services. Arrive on time and communicate professionally with customers and management. Submit before-and-after photos for completed jobs. Maintain company standards for quality and customer experience. Work safely and efficiently in various weather conditions. Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors and lift detailing equipment. Positive attitude and good communication skills. Previous detailing experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Our Standards Be on time or communicate early. Deliver a B+ job or better every time. Provide proof of service with before-and-after photos. Compensation Paid per completed job. Keep 100% of customer tips. Flexible scheduling.
