Assistant de Rédaction You are an assistant editor in the Publications Editing Division (16 people in total) within the Editorial Offer Department of the Directorate of Distribution and Regional Action (DDAR). The Publications Editing Division is responsible for the editorial direction of Insee Première, Insee Analyses, and Insee Focus, and the management of the Insee Références collection. The division oversees the editorial process, schedules publications, and handles layout. It ensures compliance with the editorial line and charter of the publications. It supports authors in the production of publications (editorial review, introduction to editorial techniques and infographics...) and other products distributed on insee.fr. In collaboration with editorial managers, you format text and figure files in accordance with the Insee editorial charter and proofread both paper and web layouts. You manage the approval process for the Insee Références collection and coordinate with the provider responsible for layout. Profile Sought You have a team spirit, you are meticulous and autonomous: you know how to manage your priorities perfectly. Most publications are produced within tight deadlines. You work across various departments (within the directorate, provider, author departments), requiring strong interpersonal skills. Your availability and preference for teamwork are essential qualities. Experience working in the public statistical system, familiarity with its actors and products, and proficiency in office software (word processing and spreadsheets) are necessary. Minimum Required Education Level Level 6: Bachelor's degree or equivalent diplomas
