Job Description

Records Clerk Job Details:
Snell & Wilmer, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the Western United States, currently has an opening for a full-time Records Clerk in our Phoenix office . The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, in the office . You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Records team on a variety of projects. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Enter and retrieve information using the firms' databases, using a high degree of accuracy Maintain an organized case room ensuring efficient and proper use of space Perform quality control reviews of electronic documents Maintain the confidentiality and security of client files Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Experience and Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years law firm records experience, preferred Excellent communication and relationship building skills Must be proficient in the Microsoft office suite Must be an energetic self-starter, who is detail oriented and able to prioritize and problem solve while providing excellent service to the attorneys and staff Working knowledge of electronic file management systems specifically those that are cloud based, plus Ability to lift, handle and move boxes that weigh up to fifty pounds Requires frequent standing and sitting for extended periods of time Snell & Wilmer offers a competitive performance-based compensation and a generous benefits package starting on your first day.
