Podcast Video & Audio Editor — In-Studio, Client-Facing This is a full-service podcast and social media production studio. We produce unscripted shows for business professionals — people who are building brands, growing platforms, and using podcasting to do it. The work is fast, the standards are high, and the environment is creative. We're hiring a video and audio editor who can deliver polished podcast episodes on deadline, create compelling social media content from those episodes, and operate confidently in a professional studio environment. What the job looks like day to day:

You'll edit and deliver finished podcast episodes — video, audio, and clips that make our clients look great. Between recordings, you'll set and reset studios — cameras, lighting, mixer settings — for varying guest configurations. You'll interact with clients every day, so you need to enjoy being around people, and be someone people enjoy having in the room. This is production work with real accountability. Requirements:

• Proficiency with current podcast production and editing tools — CapCut, AutoPod, Opus, Riverside, and similar.
• Hands-on ability to operate cameras, lighting, and audio mixers.
• Comfortable setting and resetting multi-camera studio configurations between shows.
• Strong instincts for social media content — you know what stops a scroll.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities without losing your grip.
• Polished communication and client service skills — every role here is client-facing.
• Takes direction well, respects authority, team player. What we're looking for in a person:

You love podcasts. You listen to them, you understand why people start them, and love helping them succeed. You want to work in this industry. You're the kind of person who shows up, does the work, isn't afraid to ask questions, but doesn't need to be told twice and doesn't need to be managed through every step. Details:

In-studio role — near Old Town Scottsdale, Monday through Friday.

Occasional evening or weekend hours for offsite recordings, special events, or remote shoots.

Scottsdale area locals only.
