Job Summary:
Under the direction of pagination and editing teams, the Editorial Assistant will fulfill multimedia duties for digital publications. Overnight and weekend shifts. 16 - 20 hours a week. Recent college graduates or soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to apply. This is a good opportunity for candidates seeking a career in journalism.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Find, process, and attach photo galleries, videos and other multimedia to stories.
- Under direction, assemble and produce sports agate pages for print and digital publications.
- Assist with other newsroom tasks as directed.
- Ensure accuracy with all tasks and meet all deadlines.
