Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a candidate with sharp end administrative experience. The role will support a small team of 2 Directors and 3 others and will handle a variety of tasks, including overflow expenses from the administrative team and providing holiday cover to the EA team members too. 
Key Responsibilities:
Full diary management for a small group of junior and senior investment professionalsExpense processing using the Workday system, for the team, and for the Senior Executive Assistants as requiredScheduling meetings, conference calls, and video conferences both internally and externally, spanning multiple time zones and officesArranging domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, cars, visas etc.) via the company travel partnersAssisting in preparation, printing and binding of presentations & proposalsTelephone and email coverageArchiving, filing, scanning and printing of documentsOccasional cover for other EA's, such a holiday and medical leave
Skills and Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience supporting senior and multiple individuals, within the administrative Services industryMust be a team player with a proactive style and can-do attitude, who takes initiative and demonstrates a willingness to help othersStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work on timeAdvanced proficiency in MS Office including Word, MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment without supervisionExcellent verbal and written communication skills at all levelsAbility to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities, often with tight deadlines, in a calm and efficient mannerKnowledge of Workday for processing expenses is a plusAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
