Metzger Property Services serves clients through auctions, real estate sales, and appraisals. Our work includes homes, farmland, farm equipment, estates, antiques, and commercial assets. As our Content Creator & Digital Storyteller, you will help people discover our auctions, feel confident participating, and understand why they should choose Metzger when it is time to sell. You will work with our team in the office and in the field, creating videos, photography, and written content that builds trust and supports business growth. Create educational content explaining the auction process and answering common buyer and seller questions. Develop client stories and testimonials with appropriate permission and sensitivity. Capture photography that supports promotional campaigns and brand storytelling. Write captions, scripts, and promotional copy with clear next steps for viewers. Maintain a content calendar aligned with auction dates, open houses, and company priorities. Adapt content for relevant social channels, our websites, and email campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. Track content performance and recommend improvements that support bidder participation and qualified seller inquiries. Who will thrive here You are curious, organized, and comfortable meeting people. You know how to make people comfortable on camera and treat clients, their property, and their stories with respect. Required qualifications A portfolio showing strong video production, editing, and storytelling. Relevant professional, freelance, or equivalent independent experience; typically 2-5 years. Ability to take a project from idea and planning through filming, editing, and publication. Proficiency with a professional video editing platform or comparable tools. Practical skills in lighting, sound, photography, and captions. Clear writing and strong attention to detail. Ability to manage a content calendar and meet time-sensitive deadlines. Willingness to learn our business, customers, and auction processes. Ability to travel to regional properties and auction locations. A college degree is welcome but not required. By 60 days, you will have a consistent filming and publishing schedule, organized media files, and recurring content covering auction promotion, buyer education, and seller trust. By 90 days, you will report on early results and recommend improvements. We will establish performance goals together based on our starting point, production resources, and business priorities. We will evaluate success through content quality, reliability, relevant audience engagement, traffic to auction pages, and attributable bidder or seller actions where tracking is available.
