WEEKLY EDITOR
The Avenue News is looking for an editor to run the weekly newspaper located in Essex, Maryland, just outside of Baltimore. This is the sole journalist at the newspaper. You will produce stories and photos and work with page designers to produce the weekly newspaper and post daily to the Avenue's website. But you will not be alone. The Avenue is one of a dozen newspapers in Adams MultiMedia Chesapeake, and you will be part of the group of editors that manage those newspapers and provide a support group for each other. You will work from the Dundalk office with the editor of The Dundalk Eagle, which covers communities to the south of Essex.
