Job Description
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Familiarity with MacOS operating environment, plus Google Drive and Google Sheets
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good business math skills related to tracking costs and budgets
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with using AI tools in a business setting and/or willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in business administration, finance, or related field
- Experience with Asana project management software
