The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content for our website, marking materials, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for various mediums, including project proposals, website, brochures, social media, and more Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with the company's goals and brand voice Conduct research to ensure the accuracy and relevance of all content Edit and proofread copy to ensure it is free of errors and adheres to the company's style guide Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into the content as appropriate
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related field At least two years of experience with marketing copy, preferably in the construction or related industry Conceptual, strategic thinker Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus
Working Conditions:
Normally works in a general office environment with the use of computer, printer, telephone, copier, fax, and calculator. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
