The idealcandidate has the ability to inspire the newsroom to grow our audience byreporting impactful and unmatched local news for print and digitalplatforms. The editor is responsible for planning, developing andimplementing news coverage strategy including breaking news, enterprisestories, sports, and features. This position plans the story budget, ensuresstories are ready for immediate digital posting, ensures an effective workflow,edits stories, and produces content as needed. The successful candidate willhave supervisory experience and is able to juggle the demands of digital andprint journalism.
