Presentation Specialist

We are looking for a Presentation Specialist to create visually engaging materials that support clear and effective communication. This is a Contract position based in Texas, suited for someone who can transform ideas and content into well-crafted presentation decks with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate brings a sharp design eye, advanced PowerPoint capabilities, and the ability to deliver high-quality desktop publishing work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-impact presentation materials in Microsoft PowerPoint for a variety of business needs and audiences.
• Translate written content, concepts, and rough input into visually consistent slide decks that are easy to understand and clearly designed.
• Apply layout, typography, color, and formatting standards to ensure each presentation reflects a refined and cohesive visual style.
• Edit and refine existing decks to improve clarity, structure, branding alignment, and overall visual effectiveness.
• Manage desktop publishing tasks related to presentation production, including formatting, content placement, and final document preparation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and incorporate feedback within established timelines.
• Maintain accuracy across text, visuals, and formatting while handling multiple presentation requests at the same time.
