Medical Device Graphics And Labeling Specialist

Description The Graphics and Labeling Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of product labeling and technical documentation. This roles ensures compliance, enhancing usability, and supporting cross-functional product development and global commercialization efforts.

JOB DUTIES

• Create and management of graphics, labeling, and technical documentation across multiple product families
• Drive process improvements and implement new documentation technologies and methodologies
• Manage documentation, graphics, and labeling workstreams for medium-scale projects
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely documentation deliverables

Additional Skills & Qualifications Musts:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in graphics, labeling, and technical writing within a regulated industry
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and document/content management systems
• Familiar with global regulatory and labeling requirements (FDA, ISO, MDR)
• Bachelors degree in technical communications, life sciences, engineering, or related field Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cincinnati, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00
