Job Description

Our client is a Global Fortune 500 company and pioneering technology leader with five focused business units: Electrification, Industrial Automation, Motion, Power Grids, and Robotics & Discrete Automation. Having been in business for over 130 years, and operating in over 100 countries, our client continues to focus on providing the best products for digital industries. They are continually innovating a comprehensive range of products, systems and services that increase energy efficiency as well as reliability and productivity for their industrial, utility, and infrastructure customers. This facility in Medley is a regional distribution center for the client. Hybrid, three times a week at the office and other two remotely 3 must have skills Advanced knowledge of Excel is required, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, use formulas, and implement data validation. Self-control, focus, and the ability to work remotely are essential. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. An interest in the field of import/export or logistics control would be a plus.
JOB PROFILE SUMMARY
Provides general administrative services at the business level.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares documentation and assists in researching, compiling, proofreading, and editing reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, and other relevant documents. Responds to manager and/or employee queries and manages both incoming and outgoing correspondence for the business. Acts as location support for all administration activities. Implements company's processes and engages with other team members for continuous improvement of processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Maintains records/databases/filing systems/archives in electronic and/or hard copy format. Performs general administrative activities and provides backup support to the team in case of sickness/absence/workload. Education High school diploma or a special combination of education and experience, and/or demonstrated accomplishments. Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience.
Pay:
Up to $25.00 per hour
