Founding Content Producer & Editor About Us Out of System is a YouTube channel run by three professional volleyball players: Joe, Micah, and Gage. We're leaving pro volleyball overseas to do this full-time: one video a week, year-round, no half-measures. We think there's a real opening in volleyball content right now, and we're moving fast to take it. We're small right now, which means whoever we bring on next will have a real say in what this becomes, not just executing someone else's plan. The Role We need someone who can take raw footage and turn it into videos that feel like

Dude Perfect or Jesser:

high-energy, tightly edited, thumb-stopping content, and then help us extend that content everywhere it needs to live. You won't just be executing; you'll be part of shaping what we make next. What You'll Do Edit long-form YouTube videos (weekly) to a high production standard: pacing, sound design,graphics, color Cut long-form videos into multiple short-form pieces for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels Design thumbnails that drive clicks and match the channel's brand Help brainstorm video concepts, series ideas, and future content/projects with the team What We're Looking For A portfolio of edited content: sports, comedy, or high-energy creator content preferred Strong sense of pacing, humor, and what makes people watch to the end Comfortable working fast on a weekly deadline, remotely, with minimal oversight Experience turning long-form into scroll-stopping shorts Thumbnail/graphic design skills (Photoshop or similar) Bonus (not required): shooting experience.
