Photo Editor (Lightroom + Aftershoot) Danielle Lund Photography | Cambridge, Wisconsin (In person) Overview Danielle Lund Photography is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Photo Editor to support our growing photography and videography team. This role focuses on culling and editing high volumes of images with consistency, speed, and an eye for natural, timeless results. You'll play a key part in maintaining our brand's visual quality across weddings, events, headshots, and sports photography. The ideal candidate enjoys structured workflows, takes pride in clean and consistent edits, and can move quickly without sacrificing quality. Key Responsibilities Cull and edit large galleries using Aftershoot and Adobe Lightroom Apply consistent color correction and exposure adjustments across full galleries Maintain brand consistency in tone, color, and style Export and organize final images for delivery Follow internal workflows and file management systems Meet editing deadlines for weddings, sessions, events, and corporate work Communicate with the team regarding timelines, revisions, and project updates Assist with basic file organization and backup workflows as needed Qualifications / Experience Basic understanding of photo composition Basic understanding editing in Lightroom or Aftershoot (required) Experience AI retouching tools (We will help train) Strong eye for color, lighting, and natural skin tones Ability to edit efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency Comfortable handling high-volume image workflows Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience in wedding, portrait, event, or sports photography editing is a plus Work Environment All In house editing with possible remote work options from time to time, our studio is in Cambridge, WI Flexible hours based on workload and deadlines Opportunity for ongoing, consistent work as the business grows Occasional in-person collaboration to stay connected with the team Why Join Danielle Lund Photography Be part of a growing, team-oriented creative business.
