$50.00/hour • Hybrid Work Environment • Potential to convert to direct-hire Join our Global Fortune 500 Tech client, #1 in PCs, Laptops, Servers, and more, in Morrisville, NC (RTP) Description The Technical Writer & Editor is responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining clear, accurate, and compelling technical and marketing content across the Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) portfolio. This role transforms complex product features, technologies, solutions, and services into customer-friendly content that supports awareness, consideration, purchase, deployment, and adoption. Working across Product Marketing, Offering Management, Engineering, Sales Enablement, Campaigns, Web Experience, Creative, and Geo teams, this role ensures that all content is technically accurate, strategically aligned, editorially consistent, and optimized for customer understanding. The position serves as a key bridge between subject matter experts and external audiences, ensuring Lenovo's innovation, differentiation, and business value are communicated effectively across core devices, workstations, AI PCs, services, security solutions, edge computing, collaboration technologies, and vertical-market offerings. This aligns with the content governance and technical documentation responsibilities defined within the Content Studio operating model. Key Responsibilities Create technical and solution-focused content supporting the full IDG portfolio. Develop datasheets, whitepapers, solution briefs, technical guides, deployment documentation, FAQs, customer-facing product documentation, and sales enablement assets. Translate engineering specifications and product requirements into business-oriented messaging. Create content explaining product architecture, features, integrations, workflows, and customer benefits. Support product launches with accurate technical content packages.

Pay Details:
