This role is focused on editing for: TikTok Instagram Reels Facebook You'll be working directly with the agency owner, editing content for multiple client brands across different industries. DUTIES Edit raw video footage into engaging short-form content (15-60 seconds) Add captions, hooks, and on-screen text to increase watch time and retention Identify and cut viral-worthy moments from longer raw footage Format and export videos for multiple platforms Add music, transitions, and pacing that match current trends Repurpose one video into multiple pieces of content Organize and manage video files efficiently Collaborate on content ideas and creative direction

SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience editing short-form content for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and audience retention Ability to spot engaging moments in raw, unedited footage Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar Ability to add clean captions and text overlays (very important) Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects at once Fast turnaround time Nice to

Have:

Basic graphic design skills Familiarity with content trends and platform algorithms
