Job Description

Social Media Specialist Photography Assistant & Assistant Editor Black Clover | Full-Time | On-Site | $20/hour About the Role Black Clover is looking for a full-time Social Media Specialist who will also serve as our Photography Assistant and Assistant Editor. This is a hands-on, in-house creative role wearing three hats: you'll run day-to-day social media execution, support our photographer on shoots, and assist with photo and video editing across the brand. Our leadership team stays closely involved in our social presence, so expect clear direction, regular feedback, and revisions as a normal part of the job. The people who thrive here learn our style quickly and don't take redirection personally. What You'll Do Social Media (primary): Plan, draft, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook; manage the content calendar; engage with our community; track performance and report on what's working. Execute social content to leadership's creative direction, incorporating feedback and revising posts quickly and without friction.
Photography Assistance:
Support product, lifestyle, and event shoots — set up equipment, manage props and samples, organize files, and keep shoots running on schedule.
Editing:
Assist with photo retouching and video editing in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Capture One; prep assets for social, web, and email. Juggle multiple deadlines across all three functions, prioritizing proactively without needing to be chased. Who You Are Excellent time manager — you keep multiple workstreams moving and hit deadlines without reminders. Proactive — you see what needs doing and do it; you ask questions early rather than guessing late. Coachable, with no ego about your work — you welcome redirection, even on posts you loved. Detail-oriented and consistent once you've learned the playbook. Requirements Proven experience managing brand social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Capture One. Experience with social scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, or similar). Photography experience — shooting, not just assisting; comfortable behind the camera on professional photo/video shoots. Portfolio or examples of social content and editing work (required with application). Ability to work on-site full-time. Compensation & Benefits $20/hour, full-time (40 hours/week). Health insurance. Paid time off and paid holidays. Employee product discounts.
