This role will support the design and development process from seasonal concept through product execution, with a strong focus on CADs, technical design documentation, trend research, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing women's tops, strong technical and creative design skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Women's Tops across seasonal collections Create and update CADs, sketches, and tech packs Research seasonal trends, colors, fabrics, trims, and silhouettes Assist with seasonal concept and collection development Select and develop fabrics, trims, colors, and design details Prepare accurate design specifications and technical documentation Partner closely with Product Development and Production throughout the development process Review samples and communicate design updates and revisions Maintain organized design files and product information Manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Previous professional experience designing Women's Tops Strong CAD, sketching, and tech pack skills Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, color, garment construction, and fit Experience with trend research and seasonal concept development Understanding of the apparel product development process Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with Design, Product Development, and Production Must be comfortable working fully onsite in
